Pilates in the Snows

This pilates open house will introduce you to pilates, a total body conditioning exercise method that combines flexibility and strength. Benefits of pilates include balance restoration, improved flexibility, posture, prevention of bone deterioration and stress reduction. Pilates is designed for athletes, people who suffer chronic pain, senior citizens, overweight people, pregnant women, and just about everyone! Pilates instructor Margaret Campbell will provide information during this open house at the Community Center in Cedarville. She will be leading classes beginning Monday, June 4.
