Les Cheneaux Historical Association was formed in 1966 to encourage appreciation of the social, historical, and natural heritage of the Les Cheneaux Islands. Led by Director Janet Haske, the association oversees the Historical Museum, Maritime Museum, the Antique Wooden Boat Show, and the Festival of Arts — celebrating 60 years of preserving local history.
